Boil the macaroni in 3 liters of water with a tablespoon of oil until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Chop the peppers, green onions, parsley, onion, and mince the garlic cloves.

Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil until fragrant.

Add the pasta sauce, salt, black pepper, and oregano to the pan; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni with mozzarella, parsley, green onions, chopped peppers, half the prepared sauce, olive oil, and additional spices.
