    Slice the dried figs and green olives and then set aside.

    Scoop the sliced dried figs and green olives into a mincer; add the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of honey. Cover and mince the mixture; add additional 1 tablespoon of honey, cover and mince again.

    Transfer it in jar and refrigerate for 1 to 2 months
