Place a pot on the cooker and set the heat to medium. Add butter, wait till it melts and add the diced onions cook for 1 minute ; stir and add the shredded carrots.

Add 2 cups of water, the milk mixture, black pepper, and salt; mix thoroughly. Add the cooked meat and boil for 10 minutes.
