Homemade Strawberry Pudding

Delicious homemade strawberry pudding with a nutty garnish.

    Rinse and roughly chop the strawberries, then blend them with 2 cups of water.

    Divide the mixture into two, and mix cornstarch and sugar with one portion.

    Combine the two mixtures and pour into a saucepan over medium heat.

    Stir occasionally and reduce heat when boiling. Cook for 3 minutes.

    Remove from heat and pour into glasses.

    Refrigerate for ½ to 1 hour.

    Garnish with nuts as desired.
