Decadent Petits Fours Cookies

   Preheat the oven to 180°C.

   In a mixer, combine butter and sugar and mix for 8 minutes until smooth and creamy.

   Add eggs and vanilla and mix for another 8 minutes.

   Add flour and mix for 4 minutes until dough ball forms.

   Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

   Using a cookie press, shape the dough into cookies and place on ungreased cookie sheets.

   Bake for 10 minutes at 182°C.

   Once the cookies have cooled, decorate with melted chocolate, apricot jam, and crusted nuts.
